“Blue Dacnis (Dacnis cayana)” by Octavio Campos Salles
The Blue Dacnis (Dacnis cayana) is a common little bird in the Atlantic Rainforest, where they are often seen either visiting feeders or as part of active canopy mixed species flocks. This one is a male, with its electric blue blumage. The female is greenish.
